About the Role:

Join Serendipity Day Care Center as an Assistant Preschool Teacher and make a meaningful impact on young minds! In this nurturing environment, you’ll support our lead teachers in creating a fun and engaging learning experience for children.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and implementing daily activities for preschoolers.

Support lead teachers in classroom management and organization.

Engage children in educational and recreational activities.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about child progress.

Maintain a clean and safe classroom setting.

Observe and document children's development and behavior.

Collaborate with team members to enhance curriculum delivery.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.

Experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for early childhood education.

First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

Background check clearance required.
