Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable individual to assist with various administrative and clerical duties within our office. The ideal candidate will help support both personal and commercial lines insurance departments, as well as general front office operations.
Responsibilities:
Process personal lines renewals, cancellations, and surplus lines documentation
Follow up on payment statuses and attach documents into system
Assist with commercial renewals, endorsements, and manually documenting policies
Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to communicate clearly and work within a team environment
1-3 years insurance experience preferred
