Location: Orange County, CA (Onsite work required)
Schedule: 20-25 hours per week to start, with the potential to grow into a full-time role
Compensation: $22 per hour
About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and proactive Assistant to work directly with the founder of a fast-growing dessert brand. This unique opportunity combines personal assistant duties with managing social media accounts, offering hands-on experience in the entrepreneurial world. You’ll play an integral role in supporting the founder’s day-to-day operations while helping to drive brand visibility and engagement.
**Responsibilities:

* Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars.
* Handle email correspondence and basic admin tasks.
* Assist with errands and onsite support for the founder’s activities.
* Adhoc personal errands - pick up dry-cleaning, groceries
* Create and manage content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
* Use Canva to design graphics and engaging visuals.
* Schedule and post content consistently, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
* Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement.
* Respond to comments and messages to maintain strong community engagement.
* Assist with email campaigns using Klaviyo.
* Create, schedule, and analyze newsletters and automated sequences.
