    Job Description

    With over 9,000 clients, Trade Risk Guaranty (TRG) a Trucordia company, specializes in innovative insurance and Customs bonds for international trade. We are looking for an Assistant to Client Loyalty Specialist to come join our team!

    • Extensive telephone contact with international trade businesses: calling TRG clients to follow up and secure bond renewal; respond immediately to client inquiries and requests; provide information to enhance understanding and promote all available TRG products and services
    • Evaluate bonds and identify those that need Underwriting; refer to Underwriting and communicate all required information in a timely manner
    • E-mail: Send and reply to frequent messages accurately and in a timely manner. Send bond documents, bond number and thank you messages to renewing clients
    • Communicate effectively with CES, Underwriting, and management to ensure accurate and timely completion of renewal-related tasks (new accounts, underwriting needs, terminations, etc.)
    • Make calls and send e-mails for financial collection; refer termination accounts to CES for set up as needed
    • Complete all activities set in a timely manner; ensure self management over activities list
    • Data entry: Accurately update/maintain TRG's Client database
    • Team interaction: Participate in the training of new Client Loyalty Specialists; participate in peer to peer team building; promote and regularly use TRGBlog.com
    • Perform all duties in a safe manner, in accordance with TRG's Safety Program
    • Assist in training of new Client Loyalty Staff
    • Be available to assist in roles outside of the CLS department as needs arise.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience/training
    • Strong communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively by e-mail, telephone, and in person
    • Ability to consistently provide exceptional customer service to clients; respond immediately to their requests and build strong relationships
    • Ability to remain positive and assertive with clients as needed
    • Ability to consistently contribute positively as a team member
    • Ability to be very detail-oriented and successfully multi-task within time parameters
    • Ability to quickly become knowledgeable about TRG products and be comfortable promoting them
    • Ability to be self-motivated to take initiative and be accountable for work: take ownership for quality and timeliness of work, and be self-motivated to follow through as needed
    • High level of comfort and competency using standard PC and basic software programs, including Outlook e-mail
