Stretch Zone is the leader in practitioner-assisted stretching, offering a science-based approach that helps clients move better, feel better, and live better. Our mission is to improve quality of life through stretch and mobility. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and energetic Assistant to the Regional Manager to support operations across multiple studios in our region.
Position Overview
The Assistant to the Regional Manager will play a critical role in supporting the overall performance and efficiency of multiple Stretch Zone studios. This individual will assist with daily operations, staff communication, reporting, scheduling, training support, and ensuring that each location upholds the Stretch Zone standard of excellence.
This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys both administrative and hands-on operational work.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Regional Manager in overseeing day-to-day studio operations across the region.
Assist in implementing company initiatives, policies, and procedures consistently across studios.
Help monitor and drive key performance indicators (sales, client retention, scheduling efficiency, etc.).
Coordinate training, staff meetings, and special projects as directed by the Regional Manager.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling support as needed.
Review and compile reports related to studio performance, payroll, and inventory.
Conduct periodic studio visits to ensure brand standards and operational consistency.
Provide administrative support including correspondence, scheduling, and data tracking.
Serve as a liaison between the Regional Manager and studio management teams.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in management, administrative support, or operations (fitness/wellness industry preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or scheduling systems is a plus.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to studios as needed.
