** Position Summary**
The Assisted Living Coordinator provides support to the daily leadership and management of the Assisted Living and Memory support staff. The Assisted Living Director and Supervisor will work with the Assisted Living Coordinator to evaluate the care delivered to the resident as well as mentoring\monitoring the successful engagement of care and activities for the residents. This role partners with the Assisted Living Director and Supervisor to ensure that the services driven by the resident service plan are provided and changes are communicated.
