    Stiles Apartments at The Glen is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living Nursing Team. This position plays a vital role in supporting the health, safety, and comfort of our residents by delivering person-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

    Shift: Normally 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (8-hour shift) Schedule: 4 days on, 2 days off

    Primary Responsibilities

    Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician

    Provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized service plans

    Supervise daily activities of AMIs/CNAs during assigned shift

    Monitor and report changes in resident condition to appropriate parties

    Accurately document nursing care and maintain current medical records

    Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges

    Assist with monthly medication reviews and physician orders

    Enter and manage physician orders in eMAR

    Participate in care planning and service plan updates

    Respond to emergency situations, including performing CPR when necessary

    Ensure resident rights are maintained and protected

    Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and dietary tasks as needed to support resident wellbeing

    Participate in staff training, fire drills, and orientation of new team members

    Provide leadership support through shift reporting, staff supervision, and performance feedback

    Qualifications

    Current LPN License in the State of Louisiana

    Long-Term Care or Assisted Living experience preferred

    Current CPR and First Aid Certification

    Strong communication and leadership skills

    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Basic computer proficiency and experience with EHR systems

    Valid driver’s license with ability to transport residents if needed
