We’re seeking a dynamic and compassionate Director of Nursing Services to lead our dedicated team at our boutique-style, 35-bed Assisted Living / Memory Care community. In this role, you will:

• Oversee all day-to-day nursing operations to ensure the highest level of resident care and satisfaction.

• Lead a fully staffed department with a focus on service excellence and continuous improvement.

• Develop, implement, and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and standards to align with both clinical best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate across departments to foster open communication and seamless resident care.

• Mentor and inspire staff by supporting professional growth and ongoing competency training.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health, fire safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate nursing staff, cultivating a team that reflects our culture of warmth and clinical excellence.

• Take an active role in interdisciplinary care planning and quality initiatives.
