    Job Title: Assisted Living Marketer Location: Orange County CA Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Executive Director / Regional Sales Director

    Position Summary:

    The Assisted Living Marketer is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract prospective residents and maintain high occupancy. This includes nurturing leads, building relationships with referral sources, conducting tours, and working closely with the leadership team to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement marketing and outreach plans to achieve census targets.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, senior centers, and community partners.

    Conduct tours, follow up with leads, and guide prospective residents and families through the move-in process.

    Maintain CRM records and report on lead activity and conversion metrics.

    Plan and coordinate community events, open houses, and outreach efforts to promote brand visibility.

    Represent the community at external networking and marketing events.

    Collaborate with the Executive Director and care teams to ensure smooth and welcoming move-ins.

    Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies.

    Qualifications:

    Proven success in sales, marketing, or outreach in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.

    Experience with assisted living, memory care, or senior services preferred.

    Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    Knowledge of CRM systems and lead tracking best practices.

    Passion for working with seniors and helping families make informed decisions.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Preferred Skills:

    Background in community relations, public speaking, or event planning.

    Understanding of local healthcare and senior care referral networks.

    Creative thinking and a proactive approach to outreach and lead generation.
