Client: F, age 54

Condition: Dementia, Down Syndrome

Location: near 16th street/101 freeway

Pay: $18-22/hr Depending on Experience Shift: Friday 7PM through Sunday 7AM – 13 Paid hourly daily, 26 paid hours TOTAL 3 unpaid hour break, 8 hours unpaid sleep daily

Required experience: Caring for adults with both Down syndrome and dementia

Start Date: ASAP

Required Certifications: CPR, TB, Current Auto Insurance

Services Needed: Client is ambulatory with no assistive devices and is physically capable. She functions in society but needs caregivers due to living on her own. She lives in a community that helps support people with disabilities. Food/drink encouragement, bathing encouragement needed. Some light assistance may be necessary. Client needs transporting in caregiver’s vehicle.
