  • Responsibilities

    This will be a full time position Monday through Friday, with potential for occasional weekends and on call rotation.. This position will be an extra set of hands to help with answering phones, client and caregiver inquiries, data entry, support to recruiter and scheduler. The ideal candidate will be a professional with some office experience, be flexible, and have the ability to adapt to the job requirements as needed. Experience and knowledge in the home care field is a plus.

    Job requirements:

    1. A working vehicle, a valid drivers license, and active auto insurance.

    2. The ability to work full time hours Monday through Friday, and flexible weekends.

    3. Office experience with phones, emails, and Microsoft. (Clear care scheduling software a bonus)

    4. Home care knowledge is a plus.

    5. A professional background as this employee will sometimes interview potential employees.

    6. Flexibility with your schedule and/or job requirements.

    7. An outgoing personality, to help with job fairs and employee screenings.

    8. Must be reliable.

    This is an entry level position, with the potential to grow within out company.
