    Job Summary: As an Office Assistant in our home care agency, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the administrative functions necessary for the smooth operation of our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for contributing to the well-being of others.

    Responsibilities:

    Client Coordination:

    Assist in scheduling caregiver assignments based on client needs.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

    Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients and their families.

    Administrative Support:

    Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

    Assist in preparing reports and maintaining office documentation.

    Coordinate with caregivers to ensure timely documentation submission.

    Staff Support:

    Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and maintaining applicant records.

    Support the onboarding process for new caregivers.

    Office Organization:

    Maintain and organize office files, supplies, and equipment.

    Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.

    Previous experience in a healthcare or home care setting is preferred.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Empathetic and understanding approach to client and caregiver interactions.
