    Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in supporting the daily living needs of residents within the independent living facility. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional time management skills, the ability to interact effectively with individuals of various personalities, and a keen attention to detail to ensure the highest standard of care.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while promoting independence and dignity.

    Monitor residents' health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.

    Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident care activities, observations, and vital signs.

    Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times.

    Support a clean and organized environment, including resident rooms, common areas, and dining spaces, to promote safety and comfort.

    Qualifications:

    Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of NC.

    Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably within a senior living or independent living facility.

    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

    Excellent time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

    Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and care provision.

    Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to enhance the quality of life for seniors.
