Job Description:

Assisting Hands Dana Point, a reputable in-home care agency, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated female caregiver to provide personalized support to a bed-ridden female client in San Clemente. Ideally, the candidate would also live local to San Clemente or surrounding cities. We are committed to offering exceptional in-home care services that prioritize the well-being and independence of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the client with daily activities, including personal care, adult brief changes, and companionship.

Monitoring and attending to the client's needs, ensuring comfort and safety.

Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to provide comprehensive care.

Documenting and reporting on the client's condition and progress.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a caregiver, preferably in a home care setting.

Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients.

Ability to verbally and digitally communicate effectively and collaborate with the client, family, and healthcare team.

Female caregivers preferred for this specific role.

Requirements:

Previous caregiving experience strongly preferred.

Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Strong attention to detail.

Reliable and punctual.

Ability to follow the care plan as shown on the caregiver mobile app AxisCare.

Home Care Aide (HCA) registered with California Department of Social Services.

CPR Certification

Strong attention to detail.

Negative TB Test.

At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
