Job Description: We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their daily needs, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being. We have short shifts available, ranging from 4 to 6 hours, to accommodate the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Assisting clients with activities of daily living

Providing companionship and emotional support

Preparing and serving meals

Medication reminders

Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean environment

Transporting clients to appointments or errands (if needed)

Qualifications:

Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training.

Compassion, patience, and a strong desire to help others

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to follow care plans and instructions

Reliable and punctual

Home Care Aide (HCA) registered with California Department of Social Services, or ability to attain HCA Registration.

CPR Certification.

Negative TB Test.

At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
