Qualifications:

· Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant

· State of Florida Level 2 Background Eligibility

· Valid State of Florida Driver License

· CPR Certified

.TB or Chest x-ray ( Document must be for this year and renewed yearly)

Responsibilities:

· Provide safe and compassionate personal care to clients at home

· Provide compassionate companionship to clients

· Light housekeeping of client’s home

· Run client errands – doctor appointments, grocery shopping, prescription pickups

.Personal Care - (Bathing, Dressing and assisting those whom are in need of incontinent care)
