Position: Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner in North Jacksonville, West Jacksonville and Nassau County, Fl

Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000+

Responsibilities:

As a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, focused on delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

Diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses

Prescribing necessary medications and treatment

Conducting comprehensive physical examinations of patients

Developing and implementing patient care plans

Facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities

Collaborating with physicians and specialists on patient care

Qualifications and reqirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Certified as a family or geriatric nurse practitioner in Florida

Ability to build strong rapport with patients

Thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong leadership qualities

Active APRN license

Current BLS certification

Active DEA license

Must be able to visit patients in North Jacksonville, West Jacksonville and Nassau County, Fl
