Responsibilities:

Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families.

Efficiently scheduling patient appointments and coordinating with healthcare providers.

Processing referrals and obtaining necessary authorizations for services.

Handling insurance claims and billing processes with accuracy and attention to detail.

Documenting patient interactions and maintaining accurate records.

Collaborating effectively with healthcare providers, including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, social workers, and pharmacists.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

Positive and upbeat personality with a compassionate demeanor towards patients and their families.

Exceptional multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage various tasks efficiently.

Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and responsibilities.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.

Highly organized approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Demonstrated ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred: Previous experience in healthcare administration, billing, or a related field.
