    At The Glen, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality compassionate care in a supportive and respectful environment. We are currently seeking an experienced and committed Nursing Supervisor to join our Assisted Living team to help lead the clinical staff in providing excellent care to our residents.

    Your Impact as an Assisted Living Nursing Coordinator:

    Completes resident assessments and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop person-centered service plans (PCSP).

    Oversees resident services including medication administration, direct care, individual and group socialization.

    Maintains accurate records and documentation of resident care and services provided

    Establishes and maintains resident/family and staff relationships which promote the delivery of services reflecting the established program of care.

    Serves as a liaison between residents, families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers.

    Responsible for overall supervision of clinical staff to include hiring, work performance evaluation, and training.

    Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures and job descriptions in accordance with regulatory requirement.

    Required Qualifications:

    A current LPN license in Louisiana.

    At least two years of clinical supervisory experience (long-term care or assisted living preferred)

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

    Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and direct staff

    Flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt to changing situations

    Physical Demands:

    Must be able to fulfill job requirements in a high-energy, high-traffic area.

    Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 90 pounds.

    Extensive walking, standing, sitting, bending, stooping

    Must be physically able to work extended hours beyond normal work hours
