    Your role at Clorox:

    As an Associate Marketing Manager in the Clorox Professional Business Unit (the B2B business unit within the Clorox Company), you will have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives across the CloroxPro Cleaning Portfolio and execute programs that deliver on our Public Health purpose - to champion a cleaner and healthier world where everyone thrives. This position reports to the Associate Marketing Director within the Product Management Group.

    In this role, you will:

    Associate Marketing Manager (AMM) Position: As a member of a CloroxPro Studio Team, the Associate Marketing Manager has diverse responsibilities that include:

    • Performing business, industry and competitor analysis to strengthen the brand's integrated marketing programs and commercialization activities.
    • Developing and implementing marketing plans that contribute to brand volume and profit, including working with customer marketing teams to scale efforts.
    • Initiating and analyzing market research to improve the brand's marketing efforts and optimize product portfolio by understanding end-user and decision maker dynamics
    • Participating in the development of effective advertising copy, media plans, and integrated marketing campaigns, including product and pulse period focused campaigns for B2B channel.
    • Coordinating package, product and collateral improvements that enhance the brand, including the award winning Clorox EcoCLean line of eco-conscious cleaners and disinfectants. Responsibility includes developing claims, demos, sales collateral and training tools by partnering with cross functional team members in R&D, Sales and Clinical and Scientific Affairs.
    • Developing, implementing and/or evaluating other strategic business building projects, including customer journey maps, persona advancement and content development to improve KPIs and increase impact.

    Management Training/Orientation Programs for MBAs:

    We believe in developing marketers who are equipped to build brands consumers love. This focus on people manifests itself in individualized development plans and on the job coaching, a growth culture focused on driving out waste and increasing agility, and rotations through roles that stretch and challenge individual capabilities (for example, Brand Marketers receive first-hand marketplace experience through working with our Clorox Sales organization). Our strong formal training program also means that new marketers are set up for success from day one at the company. Business management skills are specifically developed through an orientation to each of the company's functional areas, and training seminars in topics such as business analysis, forecasting, advertising, and interpersonal communication.

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (AMM): MBA, with 4 to 5 years pre MBA work experience and 1-2 years post MBA experience. Other qualifications include: a demonstrated record of achievement, outstanding leadership skills, and strong analytical/problem solving abilities. B2B marketing experience preferred.

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

    - Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100

    - Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300

    - Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600

    This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
