  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    This position will work Eastern or Central Time Zone hours - successful candidates will be US based in the New York/New Jersey area, Chicago, Dallas, or Houston.

    • Conduct investor level AML/KYC reviews
    • Support investment level AML/KYC reviews
    • Utilize proprietary AML/KYC software to conduct investor and investment reviews
    • Coordinate with offshore resources to efficiently complete AML/KYC reviews
    • Support clients with multiple Private Equity funds within various industries
    • Communicate with clients and client legal counsels via email
    • Support daily/routine client information requests and fulfill ad-hoc requests as needed
    • Track missing items, post-close requests, and upcoming deadlines to ensure all required items are collected in a timely manner
    • Update both proprietary software and internal files to ensure proper record keeping
    • Assess operational effectiveness and make suggestions for process development
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Ability to provide exceptional client service
    • Ability to collaborate with others in a team environment, provide and accept constructive feedback
    • Ability to produce high quantity of work product with accuracy and extreme attention to detail
    • Effective and professional communication, especially written communication
    • Ability to manage multiple demands and competing deadlines
    • Ability to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word preferred

    Additional Information

    Salary based on experience and location ($65,000-$72,000) and full benefits package offered.
