    KPS Global is looking for an Associate Account Manager, to join the Aftermarket Department.

    The Associate Account Manager will be accountable for maintaining a positive customer relationship through accurate, cost-effective, compliant, and buildable quotes, as well as be knowledgeable of all aspects of order management and after-sales support.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Evaluating and anticipating complex customer needs and translate them to walk-in configurable and customized products

    • Originating and revising quotations and drawings to meet project needs

    • Communicating required information effectively to internal and external contacts

    • Processing orders accurately within designated timelines

    • Supporting the logistics, engineering, manufacturing, quality, service, parts, and credit departments when they are involved in a customer’s business before and after a sale

    • Meeting with sales engineers and managers to gain approval on quotes and drawings

    • Reviewing product information to gain insight and improve expertise for future jobs

    • Working within a team structure to support a pre-determined territory and provide back-up within the team; this may include chain accounts established in that territory

    • Relaying business intelligence including the volume of work classified as “in progress” and “pending” to the marketing department for forecasting purposes

    • Partnering with Project Managers & Project Coordinators to ensure materials and installation timeframe alignment.

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • Associate’s degree preferred

    • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the commercial food service equipment industry

    • Experience applying basic mathematical principles

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Proven ability to interpret and understand construction documents and specifications

    • Detail oriented

    • Comfortable working in an office environment with heavy phone and computer use

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
