Job Summary

DSG CPAs + Advisors is seeking a motivated Associate Accountant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with a foundation in accounting and tax who are eager to gain hands-on experience, contribute to client work, and grow alongside experienced CPAs and advisors. Responsibilities

Prepare individual, business, and trust tax returns under supervision

Provide end-to-end accounting management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis using QuickBooks Online.

Assist with financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and reporting

Support tax planning and advisory projects as part of client engagements

Communicate with clients professionally and promptly to gather information and provide updates

Participate in special assignments and firm initiatives as skills develop

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required)

1+ years of experience in tax or accounting (public accounting experience preferred)

Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and adapt to new challenges

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks Online experience a plus
