    Job Description

    National TV, Photography, Video, and Print Execution

    • Support the planning and execution of national TV, still photography, and video shoots, including shot list development, food ordering and coordination with Supply Chain Centers, production logistics, on-set feedback, and post-production reviews.
    • Partner with internal teams and agencies to align on image selects and ensure finalized assets are approved, organized, and distributed for use across marketing channels.
    • Manage the development and execution of national print and out-of-home creative in partnership with agency teams, ensuring assets meet brand standards, timelines, and business objectives.
    • Coordinate with agency partners and print vendors to develop mechanicals and production-ready files for national and non-national promotions.
    • Manage the storage, tagging, and distribution of photo and video assets within internal tools (e.g., DAM systems) to support cross-functional access and reuse.

    Brand CI, Packaging & Operational Creative Support

    • Manage brand guidelines and ensure compliance across multiple stakeholders and tactics.
    • Assist in the execution of packaging creative, including box graphics and other operational materials, partnering with Supply Chain and vendors to ensure accuracy and quality.
    • Support the development and execution of supply chain truck graphics and other large-format operational assets as needed.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for Owned Media creative reviews, ensuring email, push, and SMS assets align with brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards.

    **
    In-Store Creative, Menu & Store Kit Support**

    • Support the development and execution of national store kit creative, including recommendations on asset selection based on campaign objectives, timelines, and in-store needs.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams (Advertising, Innovation, Communications, Training, Supply Chain,Field Marketing, vendors) to ensure store kit assets are accurate, aligned, and delivered on time.
    • Support promotional menu board creative for national windows and campaigns, ensuring updates reflect current offers, Brand CI, and operational requirements.
    • Assist in the creation and execution of team member merchandise and in-store engagement materials when appropriate for national campaigns.

    Vendor & Process Coordination

    • Partner with print, photography, and production vendors to address questions, resolve issues, and support smooth execution across workstreams.
    • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and execution processes relatedto print, photography, and asset delivery.
    • Support cross-functional training and onboarding by documenting processes and best practices related to shoots, print execution, and asset management

    Added-Value Initiatives & Special Projects

    • Support added-value and partnership initiatives by coordinating creative assets, script copy, and in-store marketing materials in collaboration with agencies and internal media teams.
    • Manage miscellaneous brand and business requests requiring development of in-store or customer-facing creative, such as legal signage, wall graphics, or special promotional materials.
    • Provide flexible support across additional campaigns, initiatives, and projects as business needs evolve.

    System Support

    • Support management of print and store kit budgets, including vendor coordination, accrual tracking, and purchase order processing.
    • Develop and maintain creative for in-store materials including tri-fold menus, on-hold message copy, digital menu boards, and other point-of-sale assets
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in Advertising, Brand Marketing, or a related discipline.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance creative quality and executional accuracy.
