Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)

We are proud to announce an opportunity for an Associate Financial Advisor to join our team. As an Associate Financial Advisor, you will partner with the financial advisors at every step of the client service and financial planning lifecycle. This includes preparing and reviewing client documentation, ensuring completion and accuracy of forms, onboarding new accounts, recording and participating in client meetings, entering data into financial planning software, and building and maintaining financial plans in conjunction with the Financial Advisor.

As an Associate Financial Advisor, you can expect to:
- Research client needs and prepare materials for client meetings with advisors
- Help to schedule and confirm client meetings
- Sit in client meetings, diligently take notes of all client conversations, and ensure follow-through on advisor and client requests after each meeting
- Enter data into financial planning software and ensure accuracy
- Partner with Senior Advisors to create, monitor, and maintain actionable financial plans for clients
- Take detailed notes of all client conversations
- Place trades, rebalance accounts, and perform money movements
- Maintain a strong understanding of client needs and generate performance reports
- Develop client deliverables and reports in a timely, accurate, and informative manner
- Maintain accurate notes of all client conversations and account data in the CRM
- Delegate tasks back to advisors or third parties as needed
- Continuously learn more about financial products, markets, and other trends in the financial planning space
Qualifications for this role include:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial planning industry, with at least 1 year in a Paraplanner, Associate Advisor, or other planning support role
- Client facing experience required
- Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, or Series 66 preferred but not initially required
- SIE or Life and Health Insurance certifications a plus
- Experience using AI transcription tools, such as JUMP or Zocks, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to be effective and productive while working independently
- Strong desire to learn and build a career
- Demonstrated job stability
