    Anthony J. Madonia Associates, Ltd. is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our established and respected practice. This full-time, on-site position will support the firm’s legal team across estate planning, probate, and trust matters, while representing clients in probate proceedings as appropriate. The ideal candidate is confident working directly with clients, capable of managing matters with appropriate oversight, and comfortable handling sophisticated legal work in a collaborative firm environment. Compensation Salary range: $125,000–$150,000, commensurate with experience Benefits • Group Health Insurance with BlueCross Blue Shield (Firm pays 80% of employee • premium and 20% of dependent coverage; 30-day eligibility requirement) • Company-paid Vision and Dental Insurance • Company-paid Group Life Insurance • Company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance • 401(k) plan with company matching contribution up to 4% of pay (90-day eligibility • requirement) • Paid vacation time and sick days Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to assess needs and provide strategic legal guidance • Analyze client objectives, design comprehensive estate plans, and review estate plans • planning, trust, and probate matters to ensure alignment with client goals • Represent clients in probate proceedings and related matters • Conduct legal research and analysis on legal issues related to trusts and probate • Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met • Stay current with developments in estate planning, probate, and tax law Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school • Active license to practice law in Illinois • Minimum of 3 years’ legal experience required, including experience in estate • planning and probate matters • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate • complex legal concepts clearly and confidently to clients • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and work independently Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000
