Mid-sized Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm located in Center City Philadelphia is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1–5 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate is driven, highly organized, and proactive in advocating for clients and managing their legal matters effectively.

Responsibilities include:

Handling arbitration-level cases from filing through award

Drafting responsive pleadings

Preparing and responding to motions and preliminary objections

Conducting and defending depositions

Managing all phases of written discovery

Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania law license (required)

Minimum of 1-5 years of Personal Injury Experience

Minimum of 1-5 years of Arbitration Experience
