Minnesota This is a fully remote associate attorney position for a Minnesota-licensed attorney practicing family law. The attorney will manage family law matters with the support of experienced paralegals, support staff, and established firm systems. In-person attendance is required for court, mediations, and client meetings as needed. Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload of Minnesota family law matters from start to resolution • Represent clients in court, mediations, and hearings • Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and settlement documents • Advise clients on legal strategy and next steps • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the court • Collaborate with paralegals and legal staff to move cases forward • Track deadlines and case tasks using firm systems Qualifications: • Licensed and in good standing with the Minnesota Bar • 2+ years of Minnesota family law experience • Strong organization and time management skills • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple cases independently • Comfortable using legal technology, including Clio, MS Office, and other business software • Collaborative, professional, and client-focused Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 yearly
