Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney to join our team in Harrisburg, PA, handling cases across the state. This role involves preparing and arguing motions, responding to and preparing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and representing clients in court.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, argue, and file motions in court.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Represent clients in court, interacting confidently with judges, court staff, and opposing counsel.
• Manage multiple cases and priorities while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of legal procedures and law.
• Proven ability to draft and argue motions.
• Experience with depositions, both taking and defending.
• Strong courtroom presence and interpersonal skills when interacting with judges, court personnel, and colleagues.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Experience in insurance law and commercial litigation is preferred.
• Active bar admission in good standing in Pennsylvania.
