We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our team! We want you to join our team of attorneys, accountants, and support staff. Our attorneys primarily practice in the areas of family law, bankruptcy, tax, estate planning, probate, civil and criminal law. We have offices in Greensburg, Pittsburgh, Johnstown, and Latrobe. Out team of attorneys practice in Westmoreland, Allegheny, and surrounding counties. Our new attorney will primarily want to focus their practice in family law. The ideal candidate will be seeking a firm to build a practice along with working collaboratively with the other attorneys in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients from Complaint filing through end of case.
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Work as a team with legal assistants and paralegals.
• Comply with all ethical requirements of client representation.

​​ Qualifications:

• at least 1 year of legal experience. Preferably in the area of family law, but willingness to learn family law a plus.
• Familiarity with various legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary negotiable and based on experience.
