Everyone's ideas count • Help us continue to build and grow the firm with your unique work and life experiences, and let us know your thoughts, opinions, and creative ideas Qualifications: We're looking for someone who likes a challenge and has these qualifications: • Minimum 3 years as a licensed attorney with courtroom experience • Strong attention to detail and organization • Strong writing skills • Ability to manage a medium to high volume caseload while working with a team • Ability to work and communicate clearly with support staff • Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team • Positive, upbeat personality with a sense of humor • While mostly remote, at times you’ll need to travel to the courthouses for hearings and arbitrations, and a rare trial in the counties we serve: Cook, DuPage, Lake, Will, Kane, Kendall, McHenry, and Winnebago Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 + bonuses per year
