A respected Atlanta-based boutique firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 5+ years of medical malpractice litigation experience. Candidates with either plaintiff or defense backgrounds are welcome (defense attorneys should consider possible conflicts).

What You’ll Do:

• Handle med mal cases from intake through trial

• Draft pleadings, manage discovery, take/defend depositions

• Collaborate with a tight-knit team of experienced attorneys

• Lead cases without the pressure of origination
