Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have five to six years of experience working on complex mergers and acquisitions, other major business transactions, venture capital investments, and commercial contracts, and be motivated to have a long-term career in these disciplines at. Candidates will be comfortable interacting with sophisticated clients and their accounting and financial advisors.

Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, licensed in the state of New York, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client service in a private law firm.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
