    A leading law firm is seeking an associate with 3+ years of private equity transactional experience to join their corporate M&A practice. The ideal candidate will have experience with:

    • Acquisitions

    • Divestitures

    • Mergers and joint ventures

    • Private equity funds

    • Financial institutions

    The successful candidate will have the ability to provide efficient legal counsel and support to clients in a fast-paced environment.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of private equity transactional experience

    • Experience in corporate M&A practice

    • Strong understanding of acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and joint ventures
