    New Orleans - Associate Attorney - Criminal Matters, Personal Injury, and Workers Comp We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in criminal defense with personal injury and workers' compensation claim experience, a major Plus. Responsibilities: • Provide criminal defense representation • Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall claims, and premises liability cases • Handle workers' compensation claims from initial filing through resolution • Conduct client interviews and case investigations • Draft legal documents, motions, and correspondence • Prepare cases for settlement negotiations and trial • Maintain client relationships and provide regular case updates • Collaborate with legal team members on case strategy and legal research • Manage caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines Qualifications: Required Qualifications • Active Louisiana State Bar license in good standing • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, and/or criminal defense law • Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills • Experience with case management and litigation procedures • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Professional demeanor and excellent client service skills Preferred Qualifications • License to practice in additional state bars • Fluency in Spanish or other relevant languages • Trial experience • Experience with alternative dispute resolution and mediation Compensation: $80,000 yearly plus Perfomance Bonus
