Responsibilities: • • Manage a caseload of up to 28 DUI and related criminal defense matters in assigned jurisdictions • Walk clients through their legal options and represent them at arraignments, hearings, and trials; draft motions and conduct legal research • Handle DMV implied-consent hearings and license-suspension matters • Participate in ongoing DUI-defense continuing education and share your knowledge and expertise for the benefit of all our attorneys Qualifications: Required • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; barred in Oregon • Two years (five or more preferred) of criminal law experience and some DUI defense and/or felony case experience; trial experience • Sound judgment and courtroom composure under pressure • Ability to counsel clients with clarity and compassion; execute case strategies aligned with their goals Preferred • Experience in Portland-metro, Willamette Valley, Eugene-area, and/or Coastal jurisdictions • WA bar license (in addition to OR) • Spanish-language fluency • Demonstrated mentoring or management/leadership experience Compensation: $105,000 - $150,000 annual salary + bonus
