Responsibilities: You’ll manage and litigate your own criminal caseload — from intake to trial — with a firm that supports, mentors, and pushes you to be the best trial attorney you can be. You Will: • Represent clients at all stages of criminal cases, including trial • Conduct case evaluations, plea negotiations, and hearings • Collaborate with a champion team of paralegals, investigators, and legal support • Receive real-time mentorship and courtroom coaching • Participate in firm-wide trainings and continuous legal education Qualifications: • A licensed Texas attorney (1–3+ years of criminal experience) • Fiercely client-focused, justice-driven, and courtroom-confident • Communicates clearly, acts with integrity, and thrives under pressure • Committed to teamwork, growth, and making a lasting impact • Ready to get better every single day, with no ego in the way Compensation: $100,000 + higher commensurate with experience
