Dross Berman LLC is an established personal injury litigation firm in North Bethesda/Rockville and are seeking an associate attorney We are a mid-sized boutique firm with a warm family-like atmosphere. We want to see you succeed!

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 3 to 10 years of personal injury litigation experience

• Have District Court trial experience and at least some level of Circuit Court involvement and/or trial work.

• Have the ability to oversee multiple pre-litigation paralegals

• Draft and negotiate settlement demands

• Prepare and file pleadings in both district and circuit courts

• Handle District Court and Circuit Court trial work

• Be barred in Maryland; DC and/or Virginia ( Virginia would be a plus)

• Have excellent organization, communication, presentation and legal writing skills

• Possess high level of attention to detail

• Be able to prioritize and work independently at times

• Have strong negotiation and problem solving skills

• Have a high degree of professional ethics and integrity
