Whether you’re new to VA benefits law or bring some experience to the table, we’ll train the right person who shares our values and commitment to service. Responsibilities: • Become an advocate for our Veteran and surviving spouse clients in VA compensation and pension claims. • Conduct initial consultations and communicate legal strategies in a clear, down-to-earth way. • Prepare claims, appeals, and supporting documents. • Work closely with our experienced VA paralegals and team to ensure timely, quality service. • Participate in ongoing training and weekly team meetings to learn, grow, and share insights. • Maintain organized and updated case files and client communication logs. • Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams when needed for educational outreach and community initiatives. Qualifications: • You are licensed to practice law in Florida and live locally in Miami-Dade or Broward County. • You may not have VA benefits experience yet—but you’re hungry to learn and eager to grow into an expert. • You’re compassionate, detail-oriented, and driven by purpose, not ego. • You want to help Veterans and their surviving spouses navigate complex systems with dignity and respect. • You communicate with kindness, follow through on your commitments, and enjoy solving problems for real people. • You believe in teamwork, initiative, reliability, positivity, and service-mindedness—our firm’s core values. Compensation: $70,000 - $95,000
