Pérez Law is a workers' compensation and personal injury applicant firm serving injured workers across California with offices in Ontario and Pomona. We're looking for a new grad or early-career attorney who wants time in the courtroom and hands-on training in a client-focused law firm.

What you'll be doing:

Represent clients in hearings, trials, depositions, cross-examinations, and settlement negotiations

Prepare and file legal documents; review medical/legal records to build cases

Communicate directly with clients, insurers, and medical providers

Work alongside case managers and legal assistants who support your caseload administratively

Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations

Maintain compliance with firm policy, ethical standards, and CA workers’ comp regulations

Required:

JD from an accredited law school

Active member, California State Bar, in good standing

Strong legal research and writing skills

Preferred:

Any exposure to CA workers' compensation law (internship, clerkship, etc.) — not required

Comfort with legal case management software; comfortable in an Apple/Mac environment

Bilingual English/Spanish

Compensation: Starting $100,000 plus base DOE plus settlement incentive bonus
