Responsibilities: Represent clients in family law cases, ensuring their rights and interests are protected. Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client advocacy. Collaborate with clients to develop tailored legal strategies that align with their goals. Negotiate settlements with opposing parties, aiming for favorable outcomes for clients. Participate in court hearings and trials, presenting evidence and arguments effectively. Maintain open and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed and empowered throughout their case journey. Qualifications: • • Experience in family law, with a focus on divorce proceedings and asset division. • Ability to draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. • Proven track record of managing a high-volume caseload efficiently and effectively. • Strong negotiation and mediation skills to secure practical settlement pathways. • Experience in conducting and defending depositions, preparing clients and witnesses for testimony. • Ability to collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to move cases through litigation smoothly. • Commitment to maintaining organized, compliant, and up-to-date client files at all times. Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 per year DOE
