If you’re licensed to practice in West Virginia and have a couple of years of experience under your belt, this could be your next big move. We’re not a stuffy corporate law firm. Our family law team supports people facing divorce, child custody battles, protection orders, and other emotionally intense legal issues. What We Offer: • Salary range: $80,000–$115,000 , including bonuses • Full health benefits (medical, dental, vision) • 401(k) with employer match • Paid CLEs and bar dues • A collaborative and drama-free workplace • Career development and leadership opportunities • Support and mentorship from experienced litigators Responsibilities: Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Advocate for clients in family court matters, including hearings and mediations • Prepare legal documents including motions, court filings, and final orders • Communicate directly with clients to explain legal options and set realistic expectations • Work alongside paralegals and attorneys to drive case outcomes • Organize case files and manage client progress from intake to resolution • Stay on top of court deadlines, hearings, and trial preparation Qualifications: Ideal Background:Licensed and in good standing with the WV State Bar2–3 years of relevant legal practice , preferably with exposure to litigation or family law • Experience in a law school legal clinic is a plus • Strong writing and research skills • Solid courtroom presence and poise under pressure • Empathy, reliability, and a strong work ethic • Driven to grow professionally and contribute to a fast-paced legal team Compensation: $80,000 - $115,000 yearly

    • Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Advocate for clients in family court matters, including hearings and mediations • Prepare legal documents including motions, court filings, and final orders • Communicate directly with clients to explain legal options and set realistic expectations • Work alongside paralegals and attorneys to drive case outcomes • Organize case files and manage client progress from intake to resolution • Stay on top of court deadlines, hearings, and trial preparation • Occasionally travel for court appearances in nearby counties
