    We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Family Law Associate Attorney (experienced preferred) to join our growing and amazing legal team at Lebron Law, PLLC. This role is ideal for an attorney who is confident in both litigation and negotiation, and who can independently manage a family law caseload from intake through final resolution. The ideal candidate should have experience handling matters such as dissolution of marriage, child custody and timesharing, child support, alimony, and post-judgment modifications. Courtroom confidence, strong legal writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment are essential. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as this position involves direct communication with a diverse client base. Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research on various topics within the scope of law • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs • Assist in case preparation and management • Represent clients in court hearings and negotiations • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases • Ability and willingness to travel to court throughout Central Florida as needed to manage the caseload • Must have excellent proof-reading skills and the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors Qualifications: The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida • 2-3 years of experience litigating family law cases • Experience working in a law office setting • Strong knowledge of the Florida Rules of Evidence • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000
