Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research on various topics within the scope of law • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs • Assist in case preparation and management • Represent clients in court hearings and negotiations • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases • Ability and willingness to travel to court throughout Central Florida as needed to manage the caseload • Must have excellent proof-reading skills and the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors Qualifications: The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida • 2-3 years of experience litigating family law cases • Experience working in a law office setting • Strong knowledge of the Florida Rules of Evidence Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000
