    At Lindstrom Law, we have built our reputation as a trusted DUI and criminal defense firm on a simple belief: victoria concordia crescit, victory through harmony. Now, as we expand our family law division, we're looking for a skilled, driven Associate Attorney to help lead that growth. This is not a seat-warmer role. You will carry your own caseload, appear in court, and work directly with clients navigating divorce, custody, and other high-stakes family matters. Lindstrom Law serves clients across the entire state of Colorado, and you must be willing and able to travel accordingly. You will be supported by a dedicated intake and case management team, but you will own your cases and your outcomes. Responsibilities: • Manage a family law caseload independently from Onboarding through resolution • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court appearances across Colorado • Draft pleadings, motions, orders, and other legal documents • Advise clients on legal strategy, rights, and realistic outcomes with clarity and compassion • Collaborate with the case management team to ensure cases remain on track and clients are informed • Maintain accurate and timely records in the firm's case management system (Clio) Qualifications: You're the right fit if you: • Are licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing with the Colorado Bar • Have demonstrated hands-on family law experience and can contribute at a high level from day one • Are confident in a courtroom presence with strong written and oral advocacy skills • Are willing and able to travel throughout the state of Colorado as cases require • Bring genuine compassion to client interactions, understanding that behind every case is a person who deserves to be treated with dignity and respect • Are self-directed, accountable, and thrive without micromanagement • Are open to growth, feedback, and being part of building something Why Lindstrom Law?
