Benefits: • 10 PTO days + firm-observed holidays • Health insurance • 401k Responsibilities: • Handle case management from inception to completion, finding ethical solutions to legal matters, and staying informed about any current legislation and case law • Provide legal support/guidance to clients while building trustworthy client relationships • Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers • Cover PIP recorded statements and PIP Examinations Under Oath • Market firm services in the community and as otherwise required Qualifications: • A JD degree and Florida bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history • Three to five years of legal experience • A genuine interest in the personal injury field • A Self-starter driven by long-term career goals • Superior oral and written advocacy skills Bonus Experience: • Personal injury experience Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000
