Responsibilities: • Lead and manage high-stakes commercial litigation cases, ensuring strategic and effective representation for clients. • Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and execute litigation plans that align with client goals. • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom presentations. • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and attention to detail. • Engage in discovery processes, including depositions and interrogatories, to gather and analyze evidence critical to case outcomes. • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations, advocating passionately for their interests. • Maintain open and proactive communication with clients, providing updates and insights to build trust and confidence in our services. Qualifications: • Experience in high-stakes commercial litigation with a proven track record of success. • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior attorneys to develop and execute strategic case plans. • Proven expertise in conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation. • Skill in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents with precision and attention to detail. • Experience in engaging in discovery processes, including depositions and interrogatories. • Ability to represent clients passionately in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations. • Strong communication skills to maintain open and proactive communication with clients, building trust and confidence in our services. Compensation: $130,000 yearly
