A well-established law firm is seeking a full-time litigation attorney with 2 or more years of experience to join its team in Farmingdale, NY. This role focuses primarily on representing school districts and municipalities in civil litigation matters, including civil rights claims.

You’ll work on cases involving employment law, First Amendment issues, law enforcement defense, tort claims, and land use disputes. The firm also supports a diverse range of non-municipal clients with litigation and corporate counseling.

• Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Courtroom and motion practice experience
• Familiarity with municipal or education law (preferred but not required)
