Halliday, Watkins & Mann, P.C. (“HWM”) is a multi-state law firm providing superior service for the states of Alabama, Alaska, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Wisconsin, Wyoming. HWM is a leading provider of legal services to the mortgage banking industry and exclusively handles foreclosures, bankruptcy, replevin, evictions, collections and REO closings.

The attorney candidate should be able to:

• Represent lenders in regard to real property foreclosure, eviction, bankruptcy and general property laws.
• Review changes to statutes and case law.
• Attend court hearings and trials.
• Provide legal guidance and support.

Experience preferred but not required.
