We’re looking for an Associate Attorney, either a new graduate or someone new to Estate Planning and Probate, who is eager to learn and grow. In this role, you will receive mentorship from a board-certified attorney and work within a supportive, collaborative team where guidance and coaching are strong. You will have immediate responsibility for drafting documents, preparing filings, and supporting client matters, gaining hands-on experience from day one. Responsibilities: • Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legal conflicts and determine the best course of action • Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently • Keep files organized to make sure the most recent updates are accessible to other attorneys, paralegals, and staff • Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts to be used proceedings and contract negotiations • Perform legal research, prepare for and attend hearings or other legal proceedings, and give general counsel under the supervision of senior associate attorneys Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and time management • Self-motivated learner who is eager to develop expertise in Estate Planning and Probate • Self-starter who takes ownership of their work and consistently follows through to completion • Team player who collaborates effectively across roles and supports colleagues • Client-focused and comfortable guiding clients toward Estate Planning solutions with sincerity Compensation: $83,000 - $93,000 yearly
